The offered salary will be determined by a variety of factors including an applicant’s education, years of experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Provides administrative and logistical support to the Senior Vice President and Director for meeting and conference call scheduling; coordinates meeting arrangements with partners and collaborators inside and outside the ACGME; prepares and disseminates meeting materials, such as agendas and minutes. 
• Provides support for all aspects of the faculty development initiative; assists in all faculty development course projects; identifies and recommends faculty development course and initiative improvements; coordinates with the Office of Continuing Medical Education (CME) to receive a summary of evaluations and disseminates evaluations to staff and volunteer faculty members while maintaining confidential and protecting sensitive information.
• Provides on-site support for faculty development courses.
• Oversees faculty development course/activity evaluations.
• Assists with the logistics for the Regional Hub program.
• Transfers PowerPoint slides to the appropriate template and edits slides to align with departmental and ACGME standards in preparation for courses.
• Manages web updates and registration for course information, including updates to the agenda, website, course faculty listings, and any other marketing materials.
• Maintains a variety of documents to reflect course changes and communicates to stakeholders regarding updates; provides reminders to department staff members and facilitating faculty members about various faculty development course initiatives and tasks.
• Coordinates with staff members at faculty development courses to ensure standardization of documents and supplies; composes, prepares, and sends communication to course attendees, facilitating faculty members, and other departments as needed; schedules planning committee meetings and manages agendas, materials, and audio visual (AV) arrangements; records and disseminates meeting summaries post-meeting.
• Maintains Hub Teams site.
• Provides administrative support for the ACGME’s Advancing Innovation in Residency Education (AIRE) initiative; maintains SharePoint databases and documentation.
• Serves as a liaison to other ACGME departments and groups, including Meeting Services, AV, and CME; acts as a resource for course faculty members and attendees; manages meeting logistics for planning meetings and ad hoc groups via Meeting Services, including but not limited to updating documents, maintaining attendee information, creating security lists, on-site coordination, honoraria payments; facilitates the arrangement of hotel accommodations and meeting room set-up and provides all information to meeting attendees. 
• Responds to questions with tact and diplomacy and troubleshoots any issues by conducting internal research and directing calls appropriately for resolution; prioritizes matters requiring the attention of the department and redirects to other departmental staff members to handle as appropriate; communicates any updates or changes within the department or with other departments.
• Prepares, reconciles, and submits expense reports and approves expense reports for others as needed, including ACGME staff members and facilitating faculty members.

QUALIFICATIONS 

Minimum 

• Bachelor’s degree and two years’ experience in administration, education, or a comparable field.
• Strong computer and typing skills required, including expertise with Microsoft Suite, including Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, as well as Adobe Acrobat.

Preferred 

• Five years’ experience; equivalent skills and experience may be considered.

WORK ENVIRONMENT/CONDITIONS 

• This position is based in a typical office environment with no specific or unusual physical or environmental demands.  
• Most of the work performed is normally done in the ACGME office and/or home office with the typical physical demands of an office environment.
